Incorporated on February 26, 1990 by a group of concerned
citizens, the Onaway Area Chamber remains an action-oriented volunteer
Chamber that strives to meet the changing needs of our business community.
We are a business network primarily consisting of independent
business owners, civic and non-profit organizations, building a firm
foundation of economic and community support. By taking a leadership role
in creating marketing strategies, organizing networking opportunities and
serving as a liaison with state and local governments, the Onaway Area
Chamber of Commerce will continue to prosper as more businesses invest in
the Onaway Area.
From promoting the area and
its versatile outdoor recreational offerings to sponsoring a variety of
community events, the Onaway Area Chamber of Commerce is a visible and
vocal advocate for the financial health of its members and improving the
quality of life for all Onaway Area residents.
